Delete your account

Last updated 13 September 2026

You can delete your ReGarb account and everything behind it. There are two ways, and the first one is instant. If you only want to remove some of your data and keep the account, that is further down.

1. From inside the app, in a few seconds

That is the whole process. Nothing is queued for review and nobody has to approve it.

2. By request, if you no longer have the app

Email alhaeeti@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my ReGarb account.

We reply within 30 days, and in practice much sooner. We will only ask you to confirm it is really you, never for a password, a card number, or a copy of your ID.

Delete only part of your data, and keep your account

You do not have to close your account to remove something. Here is what you can remove, and how.

A piece of clothing in your closet: instant

The piece and its photo are deleted straight away. An outfit set you built can be removed the same way, with the bin on the set.

A look you saved: gone within 60 days

The look leaves your Looks at once. Its image is then deleted by a job that runs every night, at the latest 60 days after it was made. Any look you never saved is deleted on the same schedule, without you doing anything.

Your own photos and your style profile: by request

There is no button for these yet. Email alhaeeti@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete part of my ReGarb data, and say what you want removed: the photos of you that you uploaded, your style profile and its answers (height, weight and notes), or both.

We delete it within 30 days and write back to confirm. Your account, your credits and everything you did not ask about stay as they are.

What gets deleted when you delete your account

All of it, permanently:

There is no undo, and no grace period. Unused credits are lost with the account. Deleting and signing up again will not bring them back, and does not transfer anything to a new account.

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing that identifies you. Our hosting provider's ordinary server logs, which record requests and not photos, roll off on their own schedule. If you ever bought credits, the app store you bought from keeps its own record of that purchase; that receipt belongs to Google or Apple and is not ours to erase.

Questions about any of this: alhaeeti@gmail.com. What we collect in the first place is set out in the Privacy Policy.
